Duties: At the club night before your turn please ensure you collect the bag containing the tea and coffee and take it home.

On the night when it’s your turn, bring a couple of packets of biscuits and a litre of milk. Try and arrive at club in enough time to lay out the cups and saucers by the serving hatch and put the water boiler on. When the break is announced, prepare the drinks first and score the pictures later. Locate the big teapot (usually on the centre island) and use approx. 5 teabags to half the pot of water. Unfortunately it is also your responsibility to wash, dry and put the crockery away. You then pass the bag onto the next person on the list.

If you fail to bring the milk or biscuits on your turn the members will go without, and may turn hostile! If you cannot make it on your turn, contact the next person on the list and try and arrange a swap, or persuade someone else to do your turn.
